Return & Exchange Policy

HOUSE OF COLORS BY P.M. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• HOUSE OF COLORS BY P.M. does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the HOUSE OF COLORS BY P.M., it’ll take 9-15 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

As part of our return policy, we kindly ask that customers provide an unboxing video when requesting a return or exchange for their purchased item. This video helps us understand the damages if any caused during transit or packaging and act accordingly.

In case you receive a damaged delivery, please capture an image, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately with the photo.

Please email us a photo of the damaged/defective product within 24 hours of receiving your order on hocbypm@gmail.com.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact if applicable. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your request is approved, please connect for the return address.

Once item is received, it will go through verification process before a refund is issued.

We would not be responsible for the loss of shipment while returning the product, or damage to the product incurred during the same.

In order for the product to be eligible for return or exchange make sure that these following conditions are met:

·         Product must be returned in its original packaging

·         Product wasn't used or damaged

·         Product must include original tags
